Leo Liu is passionate about helping people reach the full potential through the journey of self-discovery.

He founded Wendao International Group, one of the fastest-growing companies in the realm of professional training & coaching industry. Through Wendao, he equips coaches, psychotherapists and business leaders around the world with cutting-edge training & coaching technologies to dramatically increase their performance and business revenue. During the pandemic period, Wendao hosted more than 100 public online events and 40 paid courses, impacting 10,000+ lives globally.

Leo, a Yale graduate, has rich management experience in Fortune 500 and is currently a Distinguished Mentor of Yanyuan Business School at Peking University. He accumulated more than 5,000 hours of coaching & training experience through Wendao and its affiliated companies.
